Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the progress, quality and safety management of the company's various construction projects, assisting other departments in cost and design management;
2. Familiar with the construction drawings, participate in the drawing review and technical disclosure and supervise the implementation, participate in the technical meeting and put forward reasonable suggestions;
3. Familiar with the contract construction period and the requirements of each relevant node construction period, participate in the production coordination and scheduling of the project, supervise and approve the production plan of the construction unit and the supplier, resolve the contradictions that arise, and ensure the completion of the construction period;
4. Supervise and inspect the construction unit and sub-project technical review work, participate in the study of relevant technical programs, and supervise the implementation of inspection programs;
5. Responsible for the management of the on-site supervision unit, participate in the inspection and acceptance work, timely discover the quality problems that occurred during the construction, and urge the rectification and implementation;
job requirements:
1. Age 35-45 years old, college degree or above, civil engineering, engineering management and related majors;
2. More than eight years of experience in real estate and construction industry, at least 2-3 real estate development projects have been independently managed;
3. Have strong drawing review and on-site construction management capabilities, familiar with the relevant design and construction specifications and acceptance procedures of civil works, and project filing procedures;
4. Have good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, work rigorously and meticulously;
